Move-In Deep Cleaning for Apartments and Homes

Keelung · Taipei · New Taipei · Taoyuan · Hsinchu · Yilan

Moving to Taiwan for work, or relocating with your family? We clean the whole place before you move in — one complete job, not an hourly housekeeping visit.

Who this is for

Before the boxes arrive

Relocating for work

Families and professionals posted to Taiwan who want the place cleaned before the shipment and the family arrive.

A new rental or an empty flat

Apartments left by previous tenants, or standing empty for a while, where a normal wipe-down is not enough.

Just renovated?

Construction dust and adhesive residue are a different job. Tell us and we will quote post-renovation cleaning instead.裝潢細清 (in Chinese) →

What's included

What a move-in deep cleaning covers

Kitchen greaseHob, extractor hood surfaces and tiled kitchen walls
Bathroom limescaleTiles, glass screens and taps; mould treatment
Windows and tracksGlass, insect screens and window tracks
FloorsCleaned and treated according to the material
Dust throughoutShelving, light fittings and high-level corners
Living areas and bedroomsFurniture surfaces and switch plates wiped one by one
Electric fansHousehold fans taken apart and washed
Air conditionersCasing, vents and filters. A full indoor-unit stripdown is a separate specialty service
Either way

Empty apartment, or already furnished?

Both are fine. An empty place is quicker and we can reach every surface, so if you can book before the furniture arrives, that usually gives the better result. But we also work around furniture and belongings that are already in place — just tell us at the estimate so the time is quoted properly.

Appliances that come with the place are included. Rentals arranged through relocation agents usually come furnished, and the appliances are often what needs the most attention:

Air conditionersCasing, air outlet and filters
Hob and extractor hoodGrease on the hob and the hood's outer surfaces
Fridge and washing machineExterior and the surfaces you can reach
Electric fansHousehold fans taken apart and washed
Built-in cabinetsInside and out, including handles and runners
Light fittings and switchesWiped down along with the rest of the room

A full stripdown of an air-conditioner indoor unit or an extractor hood turbine is a separate specialty service, not part of a move-in clean. If the unit needs it, we will say so at the estimate and quote it separately.

Where we stop

What we do not do

Worth reading before you ask for a quote — it is quicker for both of us if the scope is clear from the start.

  • We clean dirt, not damage. We do not repair, refinish or restore materials. Scratches, worn coatings and aged metal fittings stay as they are.
  • Ordinary painted walls are not included. Marks on painted wall surfaces are better dealt with by repainting — cleaning tends to thin or fade the paint. Tiled walls in kitchens and bathrooms are included.
  • No electrical, gas or plumbing work. If we notice something that looks wrong, we will point it out and suggest you have a qualified contractor check it.
  • This is a one-time job. We are not an hourly housekeeping, laundry or cooking service, and not a regular weekly cleaner.
  • Bulky rubbish left by a previous tenant is discussed at the estimate. Removal by truck is not included by default.
How we quote

From estimate to finished job

1

On-site assessment

Free. We look at the size, the condition and the scope you want, then give you a quote.

2

Plan the areas

We set the order the rooms are worked through.

3

Kitchen and bathrooms

Grease, limescale and mould are handled first.

4

Dust the whole place

Working from high level downwards.

5

Floors, then a walk-through

Floors are cleaned last and we go through the place with you at the end.

Why we do not publish a price. It is not evasiveness — the scope people ask for varies too much for a single number to mean anything. Some want the whole property; some want the interior only and skip the outside of the windows; some want just the high-level areas, the bathrooms and the kitchen. Those are very different jobs in the same size of apartment.

What moves the price: floor area, the condition of the place, how much of it you want covered, the number of windows and how high they are, built-in cabinets and their fittings, floor and worktop materials, and the floor the flat is on.

Within the scope we agree on, we do not add charges later. Work added on the day is quoted separately.

If you are not in Taiwan yet, email us photos and the floor area and we can give you a range — the final quote is confirmed on site.

FAQ

Move-in deep cleaning FAQ

How much does a move-in deep cleaning cost?
It depends on the floor area, the condition of the place and the scope you want covered. We give a free on-site estimate and confirm the quote with you before any work starts.
Do you need to see the apartment first?
For most jobs, yes — looking at the place is how we quote accurately. If you are not in Taiwan yet, send photos and the floor area by LINE and we can give you a range, then confirm the quote on site.
Should I book before or after my furniture arrives?
Before is easier and usually gives a better result, because we can reach every surface. We can also work around furniture that is already in place — tell us at the estimate so it is included in the quote.
Which areas do you cover?
Keelung, Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Yilan.
Can I contact you in English?
Yes. Email is the easiest way to reach us, and it works before you arrive in Taiwan — write to service@superclean168.tw. Please allow some time for a reply. If you already use LINE that works too, and you are welcome to call.
What cannot be cleaned away?
Damage and wear are not dirt. Scratches, worn coatings, aged metal fittings and stains that have soaked into a material stay as they are. We clean contamination; we do not repair or restore materials.
